Are you against capitalism and why?

If you are against capitalism is it just the huge corporations like amazon and Walmart? Or do you hate people who open small businesses too?

The only company model that I’ve genuinely loved is where the CEO gave themselves the same salary as all their employees. Meaning that the CEO and all full time staff had a yearly salary of $70k and the part time staff had a yearly salary of $35k. Any additional profits made by the company, that remained after salaries were divided out, didn’t go to the CEO either. Instead everyone in the company decided how to spend the additional profits. 
To me, that’s the only ethical way to run a business. In a video she also explained that if she were to pay her staff minimum wage, and keep the rest of the profits for her own wage, her full time staff would be on $23k, part time staff $11k and she’d be left with over $400k yearly salary. 
So yeah, I hate the way 99% of companies are run. they employ people are the lowest possible wages. it’s exploitative.

Yes, of course I’m against it. It’s awful and exploitative. The more free market it is, the worse it gets. I’m stopping myself here from going off on a rant about the history of child labor laws. 
There’s not really any opting out though. I don’t hate people for existing within a terrible system. I do judge those who treat their workers and/or community poorly, regardless of business size.

Regarding your question, I echo others. I don't hate. My opinion also is, that one can live in a capitalist society while having certain social(ist) guarantees. Think Jacques Delors in the '80s.
