Should I or not? Please give some advice

I am 30 yrs old and married. I lost my job in july and still looking for one. My husband has a job and a decent salary. But we are not able to manage with his salary alone. We are not even able to go for outings due to financial issues. I had an ectopic in August. My question is, should we try for a baby soon or wait till I get a job? I am confused.

There will always be something coming up with expenses- if you let a tighter budget keep you from getting pregnant, you are likely going to just keep putting it off. 
My main concern would if you are insured or not. If you're insured, then you can find other ways to manage your budget to account for a baby. Sacrificing outings, dates, and unnecessary wants are par for the course of a parent-- you are going to have to do it anyway. 
What you need to do is decide among yourselves what you are willing to do and adjust and what you are not, and then if your income will be enough to cover any extras. Remove dates/outings/events and replace that with paid childcare. If your pay is just going to be recycled into daycare, then you having a job isn't really going to change much. 
We are a single income household (I work, hubby is stay at home Dad) with a decent salary, but it isn't a six figure salary-decent. We are comfortable with our one little one and our second on the way, own our car and have a house. We don't go out often and if we do it's generally to free places like parks, where our little one can have fun. It's a lifestyle change, for sure, but if you aren't willing to make the changes then you aren't ready to have the baby. 
This is a good conversation to have! And it's great you are questioning and asking. At the end of the day, no one but you and your hubby know what you can and can't afford. So outside opinions are just that-- opinions. You two have to decide for yourselves. If you are uncomfortable, wait. If not, give it a go! 
We decided we wanted to still be healthy and mobile enough to get up and go and play with our kids, and wanted our family before I turned 35 (when complications tens to rise).

I had my first at 35 and will have my 2nd right before I turn 38. But, everyone is different! Do what your heart tells you and everything will fall into place! ❤️

You should definitely have a plan before you have kids. They are expensive. And if you’re both working, you’ll need childcare. If you don’t have family who can help, you’ll likely need to look into daycare; which isn’t cheap. We paid $200/week for our son and now pay $362/week for 2 kids. Add to that diapers, formula, and clothes (those are just the essentials) and it adds up real fast. 
You’re 30. You have plenty of time. I had my first at 36 and my 2nd at 37. It has been the perfect time in life for us. I would not change a single thing. 
Get on stable ground first and then start your family. The stress of money is what causes most relationships to fail. Add a kid to that and it’s even more likely. Don’t let anyone make you feel like you don’t have time and that you need to rush. You’ll set yourself up for an extremely hard life.

my mom had me when she was 36 and my dad was 40. i know a lot of women over the age of 30 that had/are having children. it’s okay to wait for stability.

I would rather cut expenses than to prolong having kids. We cut back on all extras....shopping, eating out etc. Maybe calculate what child care will cost, subtracted from your salary, and see if it's worth it to go back.... but also do you have health insurance elsewhere because thats important as well. If youre just not ready, nothing wrong with waiting, I had all my kids in my 30s

30 is not old at all. I’m the first of my friends to get pregnant and I’m 31. If you can’t pay bills as is you will struggle to do so after baby is here. Giving your kid a good start in life will pay off huge.
