whats the best option, or safer option of birth control for pcos?

Depends on if you have a history of migraines, if you are using it for contrception, to help regulate or both. If its to regulate combjned pill,ring or patch are your best option if for protection IUD, implant or shot are your best option due to less risk of human error if you have a history of migraines you can't have combined so IUD, implant, shot or mini pill are your option all are equally safe with PCOS just depends what you prefer. Best to discuss with your doctor.
