Was this my period or implantation bleeding ?

I breastfeed and I only had one period since giving birth 5months ago. I had a positive ovulation test on September 23rd as well as cramping and ovulation spotting, then I had unprotected sex on September 26th. On September 30th I had pink/bright red spotting, the first day was only when I wiped, the second day only had one or two drops on my panty liner in the morning and then the rest of the day it was very faint pink only when I wiped. On the second day though (October 1), I had one small clot that was the size and shape of a small raisin but that was it.

Was that my period? I know breastfeeding can effect it but has anyone gone through something similar? I’ve stopped spotting completely so I’m confused
