Stretched ear infected?

I’ve had my years stretched for a few years and I’ve been at the same size (5/8) for a year and suddenly my right ear is TINY but swollen at the bottom and there’s a small bump that sometimes has pus and itches sometimes, What should I do?

Any time my ears were infected which was like twice, once when I was a kid and after I got them re pierced when I was 18 (20now) and both times it’s cleared up on its own.

I wear silicone tunnels and have had the same ones for a year. Should I get new ones? I clean the ones I have so they don’t get gross. I wear this pair because all of my other jewelry is stone or wood. I’ve tried cleaning my ear with saline and it hasn’t really made a difference
