irritation bump: any tips to get rid of it?

So a couple of days ago I have noticed this welt next to my new nose ring (I've got this four-five weeks ago) and I'm always careful about my piercings especially anywhere on my face. I work in the medical field so occasionally my masks graze it and my glasses bump into it. I try my best not to touch it. The only time I do touch it is when I clean it. I clean once or twice a day. Is there any way to get rid of it? I know not to pop or it'll make everything worse.
