3 month olds

Soo I really don’t understand when some moms say their three month old is sleeping 8-10 hours straight at night! Like how?! My three monther is waking up every 2 hours! Can someone explain like ahhh . I’ve tried the halo swaddle, he gets free. I tried letting him sleep arms out, all he does is touch his face the whole night and wake up. I even bought the magic Merlin suit. I tried it last night and it was horrible he was still waking up and still Able to touch his chubby face . I exclusively pump. So I only give him breast milk ina bottle. Do you think it would make a difference if I added a scoop of formula or something to his night time bottle? I need sleep I have two other kids and this survival mode shit is taking a toll on me mentally and physically . Help
