Cramping a day after sex

My husband and I had unprotected sex last night and I’ve been having some weird cramping today like period cramps but I had my period about a week ago.

We’re not “trying” per se but we’re not preventing either. Our daughter is 19 months and we both want another baby but we’re not trying trying like having sex every other night like we were when we tried for our daughter.

Is it normal to cramp that soon after unprotected sex anyone else experience this?
