What do you think it is (yes I have a dr spot)

So I got a call from the gyno on Friday that I had mildly abnormal cells. So I am going back in Monday evening for further diagnostics. But I am having the strangest symptoms and want to know if anyone has had similar symptoms and what was the issue?

I thought I may have been starting with UTI symptoms and let the nurse know that when she called. I get them somewhat often. I have to pee so often and my urine smells awful even while hydrating a ton.

My symptoms have started to progress past this. I have a headache, I had a few moments of back pain that I’m thinking maybe the uti has made it up to the kidneys.

TMI But the weirdest thing is I had literal liquid come out of my a** while I was walking. No warning, no upset stomach, just water coming out. Luckily I was at home but oh my god… what is going on?!
