TTC after Nexplanon

Hey everyone! I just want to know information on TTC after nexplanon. My OB didnt give me much info except i can start right away which i have. Got mine out 9-24-21 had a period 9-18-21 to 9-22-21. My ob says ur really fertile right after having it taken out. We did the deed 9-28-21, 10-2-21 and 10-3-21. How yall did you conceive after and was it a successful pregnancy? Also my OB mentioned higher chance of twins. Any stories! HELP!!!
