I’ve been taking my temperature every morning when I wake up. It’s been staying in the same range, 96-98 degrees over the past two weeks. How much should my temp fluctuate? Am I supposed to be taking my temp right when I wake up? How big of a jump in temperature do I look for? Thank you in advance.
