How early did you get a positive test?

Question

I am day 25 of my cycle. My period is due in 5 days (typically have a 30 day cycle). I have PCOS so my period is known to come as early as 25 days.
Yesterday I had cramping. Today I have had bleeding/spotting. 
I am praying this is implantation bleeding but don’t want to get my hopes up. 
What are you thoughts?

I think the earliest you can get a positive after implantation is about a day after implantation occurred. I used an ovulation prediction kit with my second and I had an LH surge day 13 of my cycle and I got a positive pregnancy test 9 days later. I'm not sure exactly when I ovulated since the surge just means ovulation is going to occur soon, but I think it was between day 13 and 14. I had a ton of cramping 8 days after my LH surge, took a pregnancy test and it was a stark negative. I took a test the next morning (9 days after the surge) and it was positive. I'm guessing the cramping was implantation, so it seems likely that it took about a day before my First Response Early Result tests showed positive.
