Does a big belly usually mean a big baby?

I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I look bigger now then what I was at 40 weeks with my first. I haven't had a scan since 20 weeks so I'm wondering if this is a good sign baby is a healthy weight? (First baby was born small)

This was me at 33 weeks. Gave birth 6 weeks later. At that point my belly was pretty much touching the other side of the doorframe. Baby weighed 6lbs14oz. She was 5lbs14oz and fit in preemie clothes when we came home. 
My uterus is anteverted so it’s tilted much more towards my front than usual. So I carry very forward.

My belly was bigger with my second baby than with my first. My first was 7 lbs 13 oz and my second was 6 lbs 8 oz. I’m 11 weeks pregnant with #3 and I already look 6 months pregnant. In my experience, you have a bigger belly with each baby than you did with the last one

Nope. First two pregnancies my belly was huuuuuge. I had sooo much fluid around my babies. They were only 6 pounds. 
Third pregnancy had the smallest belly.
Gained the least and had my biggest baby!
