Help! Overtired newborn

My 6 day old is soo over tired and won’t sleep. He has been up since 7 am and it’s now 1 pm. I’ve tried swaddling, the swing, laying in my arms and on my chest. He is formula fed he isn’t showing signs of much gas. He isn’t screaming but he needs to nap. We cluster fed last night from 9-12 and had 6 oz in that time frame. I feel like that is a lot for such a little baby and he seems to be doing it again like he is constantly hungry. He is also spitting up lots! We are using nutramigen formula as my son had a cow protein allergy and doctor said his chances will he high too. He also just keeps spitting out his soother. I no longer no what to do anymore. My husband works away so I have no help.
