Recommendations for reducing anxiety/fear during pregnancy
Hi friends! I had a chemical pregnancy last month and it rocked my world. My first pregnancy in 2019 went totally normal so I anticipated my second to do the same. Does anyone have any books, podcasts, blogs, etc. recommendations to help with easing the extreme anxiety I’m feeling? I’m so worried and scared it will happen again. My husband has told me to stop testing (I’m 18 dpo and lines are strong), and after both previous pregnancies I stopped right after 14 dpo as they were blazing positives. I just don’t want to live in constant fear, so I need some positive vibes. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
