Potty Training for Girls

How's potty training for you girl moms? My daughter has no interest in it. We have tried 3 times now, once in March around her 2nd birthday, once over the summer, and now. She could care less. We've tried doing fruit snacks whenever she goes, stickers on a chart to get a prize, etc. We overly encourage her when she goes or tells us she needs to (because she will sometimes) and she'll get excited, then she doesn't care the next go around. We've tried underwear, pull ups, naked, etc. Nothing works. We've tried a potty chair and now we're using a potty seat on top of our actual toilet. She just doesn't seem to wanna do it. Any other moms dealing with this? Any suggestions?
