Lightheaded / dizzy at 22 weeks

So I have a head cold right now (UK based and it tis the season to get snotty here) did a COVID Test and negative luckily so just a basic cold. But I’ve been getting slight lightheadedness for about a week now and with the cold it has got worse this week. I’m looking online and it says it’s extremely common in pregnancy.

Anyone had / get this?

Got my midwife app in three weeks will bring it up with her.

(I’m on aspirin for blood pressure due to BMI but I’ve never had high blood pressure)
