Possible Implantation bleeding ?!

I am 5 dpo, I woke up today more tired than I have been. Some mild cramping and diarrhea over the past 24 hrs. Well I went to use the restroom today and when I wiped there was light pink spotting. But not enough to be in underwear. TTC for 16 months Now! Suffer from pcos so not to sure !! Does it look like implantation bleeding to yall?! Please help?! Sorry if tmi!!

It’s possible but a very tiny chance it’s implantation at 5dpo. Since implementation doesn’t happen till 7 to 14 dpo so, the only symptoms you would be feeling are from progesterone which happens every month regardless of pregnancy or not.  
Hopefully you ovulated early
