Not able to eat

19w 2d, I’m not able to eat more than once a day. Why, idk. I just can’t. It’s been like this for a good week. I’m literally starving but I can’t eat food, I get sick after 3 bites. The only time I’m able to eat is during the morning. Anyone else having this issue? Dr isn’t concerned much & says it’s normal.

I don’t have a bump at all, so a “growing bump” can’t be a issue. I’ve been living on protein shakes since it’s all I can really have for dinner
