Returning to work

I will be returning to work (I work from home thankfully) after 12 weeks of leave. I just learned that we will be having an out of town meeting requiring travel that would require me to be gone for 5 days. My baby will only be 3 months old at that time. I’m exclusively breastfeeding. Day to day I am the primary caregiver for baby and our two other children (3 and 7). We have given baby pumped milk from a bottle a few times to make sure she takes it, but no one else has even changed her diaper. How will I leave her for 5 days??? Not to mention, with COVID I am concerned about traveling and bringing home any kind of illness. I am full anxiety over this because quite frankly I do not think my husband can handle all 3 kids for this long. What should I do????
