34.5 - 35.5 celsius to fahrenheit that's the temperature I took right now skin is clammy. 
Forehead feels slightly fever and shirt has been soaked in sweat had to change and feels cold. 
I don't know what to do we went from high fever took antibiotics to low fever but now temperature is dropping 
They say temperature drops while you are asleep
