Pre eclampsia symptoms?

Hi ladies wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms and if it turned out to be pre eclampsia or something else. I have my midwife appointment in a days time. I’m 33 weeks and these are my current symptoms.

-racing heart and chest heaviness

-right sided pain under ribs (where my gallbladder was but had it removed) goes through to my back

-wet cough- treated with antibiotics and Covid test and won’t go away. Also on ventalin.

-tiredness

-shortness of breath. Really really puffed

-eyes are funny. Eyes twinkling like I’ve got stars in my vision, they glitter.

-I also have a very swollen vagina!

I only have one kidney as well. Which I think puts me at risk. Two weeks ago my blood pressure was normal!
