I’m new to bbt this month and I’ve been taking temps around the same time every morning, does it look like I’ve ovulated already or am im I headed towards ovulation? My opks haven’t been much help lol.
*I had one off temp cus I woke up to pee 2 hrs before usual and I was tossing and turning after that🤣
& also what should I be looking for in my temps after ovulation?
