Blocked tubes and devastated

37f Went to dr and got an HSG done two weeks ago and was told that both tubes were blocked. The dr did the procedure twice and was not able to clear the blockages. Is there anything else that could be done or asked to be done..I know ivf is a possibility. But before that is there anything?
