Lower abdomen pain
How do you determine whether you should be worried about aches and pains or whether it's just your uterus growing etc? I have had quite a bad aching pain in my lower & right side hurts when I go from sitting to standing. No bleeding or spotting though. Have scan in 3 days - is it safe to wait until then? Currently 16 weeks..
