Essential oils?

I'm a FTM and this might sound dumb or whatever but yeah I get anxious and worried really easily about my baby boy bc he's my 🌈baby after 3 losses...I would just hate for something to happen to him...

Anyway--here goes...

My mom just bought some essential oils and a diffuser for the house and I was just wondering if they're safe to use around my 7month old? She got frankincense, chamomile, bergamot, and lavender because those are the ones safe to use around cats and dogs. My son is healthy never had any respiratory issues or allergies that we know of so far. We did all have covid a while back but everyone fully recovered and we're vaccinated since then.

I've read that most of them are okay to diffuse around 6+ months olds but like I said he's 7 months(8 in ~2weeks) so I'm not sure 😅

Idk I just want to make sure its safe for him. The diffuser only runs for 3 hours and then it turns off automatically so it won't run all day and I doubt she'll use it every day for fear of making the animals sick.
