So I’m a mom of 3 under 3 and we’ve been fighting a bug that’s been going around the house for about 2 weeks now it’s not covid, doctors said it seemed like RSV and it doesn’t seem like we can shake this thing away! Still have mucus and a cough. Any tips that could help?

Honey and cinnamon, mix it into a paste, and eat it with a spoon, doesn’t taste great, those emergency packets, very condensed water like the width of your finger, double shot back to back, that’s my go to for almost everything, bronchitis, etc., even beat that with Covid and my asthma inhaler. My mom used to take Vicks vapor rub, put it on a big metal spoon, take a match and melt it underneath until it’s like water, put it on your chest neck back, even on your feet, cover them with socks, and a cotton T-shirt, with sweat it off by morning, Vicks underneath your nose, ear infection, you put it on a cotton ball, and stick it in your ear, my mother fixed everything with home remedies, I don’t think we ever missed a day of school, it sucked lol

Humidifiers, warm water with lemon and honey, sleep, baths, disinfect, clean bedding, see if family can bring you all meals, fresh air like playing outside
