Contractions

I can’t decide if I should go to the hospital or wait ! I’ve been having contractions since yesterday 4 pm definitely today more intense than yesterday even when I was sleeping I would wake up because of them .

I was induced with my first so I’m not sure when it’s go time , I called the hospital the nurse said you are more than welcome to come on when you feel uncomfortable !

I wiped after peeing and found tiny streaks of blood first time

I’m 39 + 5 ? Would you go to the hospital or wait ?

*Update ! I did go around 4pm I was 4 cm but contractions were abit farther apart so I went home exactly an hour later started to have contractions every 4 mins for an hour and a half and the pain was 10 times more I knew that was it more back pain too . I went back to the hospital was already 7cm ! And they admitted me.
