Anyone else have oligohydramnios?

I just got my ultrasound results back from yesterday and my doctor is making do a repeat scan next week due to having oligohydramnios. I’m kind of freaking out now, I don’t want anything to happen to baby. All she told me to do was hydrate.. I don’t feel like I’m not hydrating. I’m 35 weeks and 3 days. Anyone else relate or can give me some positive advice?

Hey. I had this with my son and now with my daughter. With my son I was measuring smaller than normal and my doctor decided to do a growth scan at 36 weeks. That’s when we learned I had low fluid and he was in the 5th percentile. I went the the specialist a few days later. They told me I’d be monitored every week with them. I went in a week later and my fluid dropped below 5. My son started to go down hill for the nst too. I ended up having a c section. I was almost 38 weeks. This time around at 31 weeks I found out I had low amniotic fluid. I do growth scans every 4 weeks due to my son being so small. I was told to drink water and Gatorade. I went to see the specialist a week later. I had raised my fluid up. Then a little over a week later my fluid has dropped again. So I made sure to drink Gatorade every day and make sure I’m getting the minimum on water. Today not even a week later I raised it back up. I feel like it will be a constant battle 😅 I am not a big fan of drinking a lot of water. It’s a struggle. My doctor didn’t seem to concerned today and I go back in 2 weeks when I’m 36 weeks for my growth scan. If I was you add in a Gatorade a day. And eat fruits.  That’s what I did. Also count fetal movements. I mentioned last week I noticed not as much movement. That’s when we did a quick scan to check fluid. I was told if my fluid is dropping again I might have decrease movement. Blah it’s stressful but I’m not gonna freak too much.

I had it with my first son 2 years ago but that was at 40 weeks. My midwife wasn't particularly worried, we did more monitoring of baby to check he was happy & he was. In the end though, they also discovered I had preeclampsia too so I was induced at 40 +6. I remember when they broke my waters they said there would be a gush....I felt absolutely nothing lol.

Anyone else have oligohydramnios?
