Fever. How high is too high?

My 5 yr old is at 101.8 from her armpit. How high is too high? She’s never really been sick so often as now since she’s started school.

Just alternate Motrin and Tylenol. They told me that when my girls had fevers between 103.5 and 104! Make sure your child is staying hydrated. We have lots of pedialyte and wAter. No milk during the time they were sick

Not high at all. Only low grade. Nothing to worry about until 103. I don’t even medicate until 103. 
Treat the symptoms not the fever.

That’s a low grade fever. Hydrate, keep them comfy, medicate as needed.

I agree its a low grade. When my daughter was 1 she was pushing 102.9 for a few days and they werent concerned. They told me to just call when it hit 103 just to “let them know”

That’s pretty darn high I’d call her Ped and give her children’s Tylenol
