Divorce

So I’m trying to get a divorce we share 2 daughters and we live in different states she lives in California and I live in Indiana. We have shared custody . I filed for divorce through my grandma who said she would get it done since she lives over there , but she recently got sick so I might have to file everything all over . My ex never got served the papers but she also said she’s not going to sign the divorce papers . Am I able to get the divorce done w out her signature. Also shlud I file from Indiana ?
