Anniversary dinner

Tomorrow is our 5 year anniversary and I'm planning going to the store tomorrow morning just to pick up a few things for our dinner. What's some ideas that are budget friendly? I'm thinking maybe a dish with parmesan cheese cause we both love parmesan, but rarely buy the real stuff cause we're broke. I want to make some sides too, one of them will definitely be broccoli because I love broccoli. Maybe I'll do garlic bread? I can't decide
