Appointment app.?

I called the midwife for my first appointment and she said that when I completed my online referral I should have had an email with an app to download which will have my appointments but I have not received any email.

I was wondering whether someone else has this particular app and what app it is.

UPDATE:

The app thing is not sorted yet but they did let me know when I have my first appointment with the midwife and it will be at home.

I'm not sure what the first appointment will involve and what information etc I will need for the appointment....
