Hi I’m getting stabbing shooting paints all lover me stomach non stop all day. I do have fuild behinf my womb that caused it but this time it’s non stop but all over is this normal? Mind idk if I am pregnant or not but I am getting positives

I'm confused why you don't think you're pregnant? Lol you have very clearly positive pregnancy tests. I would definitely reach out to a doctor just to make sure everything is good. Clinks cramping is normal, but you are for sure pregnant and I would definitely reach out to your doctor.
