Can anybody tell me what this is?

Photo may be a little TMI, I'm sorry but if anyone can help me out please do.

I've been on the pill since April 2021, I never miss a pill. Last week I was a few hours later than normal to take my pill maybe 2-3 days. I take it between 4-6pm, have a reminder set for 9pm on my phone in case I forget. And I'm only really on the pill to prevent my ovarian cysts, before the pill they were brutal and now I have absolute relief, no pain or anything. But just a few minutes ago I went to the bathroom and when I wipe I always look out of instinct, and this was on the toilet paper. I'm still 6 days out from my period and this has never happened in the last 6 months I've been on the pill. Can anyone give wny insight on what it might be?? Please and thank you
