Help spotting concern

Hey everyone, ive been on the combo pill a few years now and ive never had this problem. I get my period every two packs bc i have pcos so the less periods the better! But i started my period oct 1 then started the new pack the next day bc its been the 4 off days. The. My period ended ab a week later and ive been spotting brown ever since. I usually only spot 1-2 days before/after my per but not over a week! I took a preg test and it said negative but maybe i should take another one, or call the dr? Any advice helps!
