So early

So I’ve had 4 babies and have been pregnant 8x(including this one) in the past I have had 3 miscarriages… I have NEVER found out this early. My husband was gone for a month and came back on the 29th of September (my last day of ovulating) and let’s just say that I am willing to bet that’s the day I got pregnant. It’s just so weird to me to know this early, my period was due on the 10th of October (so a week late now) I’ve had a positive pregnancy test and blood work done and have been told it was positive and my HCG was only 36 but if I did get pregnant on the 29th then I would have only been one week and 6 days past the day I got pregnant. Is 36 a good level for then? Idk why it’s got me so nervous, maybe because I’ve never been told my HCG unless it was the times I was having a miscarriage! I’ve had no negative symptoms.. just the normal nausea, cramps, headaches and my sense of smell is out of this world, my hormones are crazy… i cry at everything, crazy ass freaking dreams too. I feel like I’m also having trouble accepting the fact that I am pregnant. Anyyywhoooo, anyone else have a 36 or around that HCG level and everything turn out fine? I keep telling myself it’s because It was tested so early.
