20 weeks! Am I behind?!

Still have to work on registry, invitations for baby shower favors, nursery, baby books…. Feel so behind. Still want to get my parents and sister shirts that say their grandparents names and aunt etc. picture frames for ultrasounds.. also my family is doing so much already buying baby clothes and mom already set up and paying for venue and food of baby shower. What do I get as a hugeeeeee thank you gift?!
