Uti or something else?

The past 3 days i have had sex, each with a different person (pls dont judge). All bit one time was with protection (the one without was with a regular partner, we’re both clean). Im usually adamant and on top of things such as peeing after sex, drinking water before and after, etc. Last night (day 3) it was no different. The sex was a bit rough (i think i have a few tears) but otherwise no problem and like always i went to pee and clean up and i went to bed.

Here’s the issue. All of today, anytime that i have gone to the bathroom , I’d have a quick sharp pain as i urinate but it goes away by the time im done. I also have very runny discharge that has a yellowish color. I’ve had a uti in the past due to sex but it didnt feel like this and it was about a week before i even had intense pain when urinating and no discharge. Could this be a uti? Or should i be worried about an sti? Should i wait another day or 2 before getting checked out? Because I’m also thinking this might just be a temporary result of the rough sex.
