Withdrawal after a miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on oct 6. If oct 6 would be the day 1 of my cycle, then on day 11, i had unprotected sex with my partner. We pulled out for abt 3-5secs before ejaculation so im sure that it was successful. The next day, i did the yuzpe method as Plan B pills are not available in my country. It's like i took the first dose as around 7pm and the second on 7am. I was almost 10mins late when i took the second dose. Hope it didn't affect the efficacy. My discharge was watery days before the intercourse and i had milky discharge too. After the yuzpe method i was a bit dry and now i started having discharge for a second - pale yellow and milky. On the day i took the second dose i feel exhausted and my body aches the whole day. I didn't know if the method was effective. I wish it was. Any advise? Im not ready to be pregnant again.

Ill be taking OCP once my period starts. I wish ill have my period soon.
