Paraguard

I’m getting the Paraguard inserted in a few weeks and before I get it want to hear people’s reviews on it. I love the idea it doesn’t have hormones or any side effects. It doesn’t bother me that I will still be getting my period. I’m concerned though if the copper is bad for your body? Not really reading anything on google about it doing so unless you have some sort of condition that causes you to have a copper toxicity. How did you ladies who have used it like it? Any issues with it? I also am very active and run and exercise… any issues with being active with it staying in place?
