Help! I’m worrying like crazy

For starters I’m on the birth control pill and I take it religiously, me and my boyfriend also use the pullout method and a few times recently he’s ejaculated a little wiped it off and put it back in……….. ok so Me and my boyfriend have been doing the “ deed “ a lot here recently and my last period was there but it was also lighter than usual…. But then this month we have also done the deed a few times a week. And I’ve noticed I’ve been cramping and my breast having been hurting ( they even seem to have gotten bigger and there’s blue stretch marks on them ?) My next period isn’t expected to start for 10 days.

Should I be worried or am I just freaking myself out ?
