Bleeding at 7 weeks 5 days

Hey guys, I'm really nervous. I am 7 weeks 5 days pregnant. This morning, I've started having some bleeding. I've only noticed it when wiping after peeing and the paper comes out light brown. My husband and I haven't had sex recently, so it shouldn't be because of irritation or anything.

I'm not having any intense cramping and the bleeding isn't heavy so far. I'm just not sure what to do. I called my doctor's office, but I had to leave a message. Nobody has called me back. Should I go to ER or just play it out? Does this mean I'm miscarrying? Anyone else bleeding brownish blood early on and have a healthy pregnancy?
