Dark thighs & ingrowns

Okay so I’m 23, I’m a thicker girl.. & I get reaalllyyy bad ingrown hairs on my vagina after shaving, could be a a couple days after shaving, could be a week after shaving.. but I get them really bad to where they are purple lumps filled with puss/blood that hurt & I can never actually get the hair out.. but i just tried the Venus, ingrown scrub for ingrown hairs & it didn’t work, I felt like it made my ingrowns worse .. does anyone have the same problems w ingrown hairs ? What does everyone else use for ingrown pubic hairs, that aren’t superrrrr superrr expensive.. I also have really dark inner thighs like by my underwear that I get embarrassed about, what can I use to get ride of that?? Thank you sooo much!
