I just want consistent shifts is that too much to ask for?
So I like the idea of always knowing what days I work and the same shift hours. I don’t like having inconsistencies in my work schedule. It’s gives me really bad anxiety if it changes on and off through the week. I’m trying to talk to my new manager about working the same few days a week with the same exact hours. It’s within the hours she told me it would be which is part time 2-3 days a week.
