Would you feel uncomfortable with this?

My boyfriend has a girl best friend coming from Washington, and she will be staying at his house (he lives with his parents) this week/weekend. I guess I feel a little uncomfortable because I haven't heard from him for 4 days and this weekend is my birthday. 
They've been best friends for a long time, and I want to respect that. But idk I just don't feel right for some reason bc he hasn't texted me in this long.

A best friend staying at his family’s house wouldn’t personally bother me. I grew up across the street from someone I consider a brother. We had weekly sleepovers growing up and whenever my sister was in the hospital, I’d stay there and his mom took care of me so my mom could be at hospital. He was my best friend since I was 3. 
I moved at 12 but we stayed best friends. When we were teens I remember him coming to my state and his grandma REFUSED to let us have a sleepover since she assumed we would have sex. That thought literally grossed us out since we consider each other family. 
So no, the best friend staying isn’t concerning. Him not responding for 4 days - that’s what is concerning.

If they have been bestfriends and nothing has ever happened between them I would not worry. However if he forgets your birthday and doesn't message you I would. My husband even on his busy days has time to text me or call me (even in college he did this) don't remind him and have a back up plan for yourself. Don't let your birthday be a sad one if he doesn't remember

I’d be more concerned with the lack of communication than the friend staying over. When me and my husband were just dating and on complete opposite schedules with no days off that lined up, we still made sure to get at least one text in every day. I don’t think I could put up with someone who could go days without any type of communication

I would be uncomfortable with him ghosting me for 4 days and yeah honestly I'd be a little uncomfortable with the girl best friend staying over especially if I'd never met her.

I don't mind my husband's friends, but I would mind being ignored for several days. But it's also unlikely that my partner wouldn't expect me to meet his friends and do things together. Maybe not every day, but at least meet her, right?
