3rd time being pregnant

Hi everyone. I really just needed to have somewhere to talk about this so I thought this would be a great group to join. So I just recently found out I’m pregnant again after 2 previous miscarriages. I feel so helpless and trapped in my own little bubble trying to figure out what to do different this time to hopefully go on to have a healthy pregnancy. I’m at the point now where I wasn’t even truly excited due to the PTSD from the previous 2. I’m just asking for prayers from everyone throughout this journey. I haven’t even told anyone just because I’m worried about the possibility’s and I don’t want to hear anything negative from anyone at all. I’d rather just keep it to myself. But I’m assuming I’m about 5 weeks right now. And the first ended at around 6weeks and some days but I think I was so stressed that I could’ve caused that by me continuously crying over my child’s father wanting my to abort the baby. The second one I think I was barely 4 weeks well the hospital said i could’ve been way earlier they really didn’t have any answers for me but I’m assuming because they didn’t see anything on the scan that it could of been a chemical pregnancy because my first pregnancy I passed a huge clot which they stated was the baby. Sorry for the long rant about my previous experiences. I just don’t know if I need to do anything different. I haven’t even scheduled an appointment yet for anything just because I was told the last 2 times that I have to wait until 10-12 weeks until I can even go in to see anyone which sucks since in my situation I want to go in as soon as possible but I don’t know if I should get any second opinions and go somewhere else?
