Chlamydia for a year

This is a little embarrassing but back in November 2018 me and my boyfriend decided to stop using protection I was 18 years old. In January of 2020 ( a year and 2 months later) I got pregnant. While going for STD testing they found out I had Chlamydia. They treated me and my boyfriend. I ended up losing the pregnancy at 12 weeks, while getting a pelvic exam the doctor said “ everything looks fine you should have no problem conceiving in the future” but I was told that Chlamydia often causes Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. I don’t have really any symptoms other than every once in a while I get a little bit of pain while having sex but nothing too bad, but I was told you often don’t get symptoms. Should I bring it up to my new doctor? I want make sure I don’t have it and if I do I can get it treated since I would have probably had it for over a year now . ANY OPINIONS?? Also we are currently TTC !
