So I went to the doctor and she said i was 3 pounds overweight according to my BMI (im 21 years old, 5'6 and weigh 177) and that could be contributing to my high blood pressure and to lose weight so i brought a bunch of fruits and vegetables to make smoothies to lose weight but i can't just drink smoothies i want to lower my blood pressure idk how is there anything else i could do to lower my blood pressure and lose weight when i was underweight in high school i was 140 and embarrassingly skinny i didn't have high blood pressure and was told by my doctors to gain more weight but now that i did im overweight with high blood pressure what can I do?
