How long did an endometriosis/cyst/fibroid diagnosis take?

I’ve had pretty bad lower back pain for the past few months; usually coinciding with my period. This has gotten much worse over the past few weeks. The back pain is so painful, and it isnt just during my period. I also had irregular bleeding outside of my normal cycle last week of mostly blood clots. Other symptoms are a feeling of heaviness and pressure on my pelvis, making it feel “bulging” down there. Some bloating as well.

I have an appointment with my gynecologist on Wednesday, since I’m 21 this is my first appointment and it had to be made as a well womans exam. Couls they do a same day ultrasound ever?

Since these symptoms also are those of ovarian cancer I have been so anxious and stressed.
